b. As a condition of epic`s license under this Agreement, Licensee agrees not to remove or destroy any trademarks, marks or other legends or protected or confidential marks affixed to or contained in the Licensed Technology or on other documents or materials related to the Licensed Technology. The licensee also agrees to place the copyright and trademark notices on and within the licensed technology, the authorized product and on all documentation or materials relating to the licensed technology, listed in Appendix A, under the mention of the required mark and the “required copyright notice”. Licensee must also place certain Epic logos in authorized products and their packaging, in accordance with the “Mandatory Logo Placement” section of Appendix A (the “Required Logos”). j. The Licensed Technology includes third-party software components (together the “Third-Party Software”). To the extent that such third-party software has separate licensing and/or attribution requirements, you will find the terms of license or assignment of such third-party software components in the Perforce repository for any construction of the licensed technology approved by Quality Assurance at //UE4/Main/Main/Engine/Source/ThirdParty/Licenses. Such terms govern the licensee`s use of the third-party software and, if there are any inconsistencies, those terms supersede the license terms of that agreement exclusively with respect to that third-party software. Licensee shall not remove any reference to copyright or any similar reference to third-party software. Licensee is solely responsible for determining the terms of license and assignment of the third-party software for the version(s) of the licensed technology(s) it granted to Epic and for complying with one. Without prejudice to any provisions to the contrary in this Agreement, the Licensee agrees that all terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable by the owners of the Third Party Software as third party beneficiaries directly to the Licensee with respect to the Third Party Software only. For the avoidance of doubt, the preceding sentence immediately shall not allow third-party software owners to assert a right to pay any fees under this agreement, and the same is due and payable only to Epic.
